PRN Home Health Physical Therapist (Licensed PT)
At least 1 year experience as a practicing PT or PTA and current CPR certification
Registered Nurse (RN)
2+ years of nursing experience, valid driver's license, and ability to provide skilled nursing services
Home Health RN
RN license in VA or NC, 2 years of varied work experience, ability to provide skilled nursing services
