LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE - LPN
GPN or LPN graduate, 1+ year experience in long-term care, ability to lift 50 lbs
SOCIAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL
Bachelor's degree in Health/Human Services, 3 years of experience in social services
DINING ASSISTANT
High school diploma or GED and ability to lift or move a minimum of 50 lbs
COOK
High school diploma, ability to cook variety of foods, and knowledge of dietary procedures
MAINTENANCE WORKER I
High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid PA driver license and clean driving record needed
HEALTH NUTRITION AIDE
High school diploma or equivalent, valid PA Driver’s license, Act 33, 34/151 and FBI Clearances required
RN NURSING SUPERVISOR
RN degree, 1+ year of experience in long-term care, and ability to lift 50 lbs
TEACHER ASSISTANT
High School diploma or GED, Child Development Associate credential, and valid Driver’s license required
PERSONAL CARE COMPANION-MED TECH
High school diploma or equivalent, one year of personal care experience preferred, ability to lift 50 lbs
