Job Description
Join the team at New Jersey's largest wine and spirits distributor, Allied Beverage Group! This role is a key leadership position reporting to the Night Manager, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with knowledge of warehouse operations. The Assistant Manager will direct the night-to-night aspects of operations, ensuring high customer service and improving productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics management, Mechanical engineer, or Business Management)
- 5-7 years of supervision level experience within a distribution warehouse
- Operational supervision experience
- Distribution of product experience
- Functional system understanding in WMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, nights and weekends only when required
