Job Description
ALO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to contribute to store sales and operational goals. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience, processing transactions and returns, and supporting store initiatives. This part-time position requires consistent movement around the store and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
