As a GTM Engineer, you'll design and automate end-to-end GTM processes across CRM, marketing automation, and outreach platforms, leveraging AI-powered workflows to enable scalable demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
Requirements
- 3–7 years in technical GTM roles (Growth Marketing, Revenue Ops, Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops) with a focus on pipeline generation and system integration
- Strong technical skills: proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot), and AI-driven prospecting and outreach tools (e.g., Clay, Outreach), AI-workflow automation (AirOps, n8n), marketing attribution (Hockeystack)
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
- Problem-Solving: Proven track record of translating business needs into innovative technical solutions in fast-paced environments
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and drive shared objectives
