Construction Estimator

American Tower is seeking a Construction Estimator to join their Construction & Development organization. The role involves generating cost estimates for various wireless and broadcast asset portfolios, fiber-based DAS networks, and edge data centers. The Estimator will collaborate cross-functionally to obtain accurate pricing and maintain awareness of industry practices. 20% of time outside the office is expected.

Requirements

• Analyze design drawings, preliminary scopes, site data, and supporting documents.
• Create and prepare detailed and accurate construction cost estimates.
• Leverage cloud-based estimating software.
• Maintain a database of pricing resources.
• Conduct post-mortem pricing analyses.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
