Job Description
This Forklift Technician II position involves maintaining and repairing Forklifts and other material handling equipment. The role includes troubleshooting, maintenance support, and ensuring operational objectives are met. The position offers opportunities for flexible shifts and training.
Requirements
- Perform routine and complex Forklift and MHE repairs and preventative maintenance
- Rebuild and/or replace major components on forklifts
- Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment
- Maintain batteries and chargers in working order
- Test, maintain and evaluate equipment performance
- Maintains accurate preventive maintenance records
- Keeps work area and tools 6S’d and performs housekeeping duties
- Shares knowledge and develops less experienced technicians
