Job Description
The Molding Technician 1 will be responsible for performing insert/impressions and/or material changes as dictated by the schedule, ensuring part conformity and quality. This role involves inspection, paperwork completion, and equipment maintenance. The position also offers opportunities for internal auditing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Trade school a plus
- Tow motor experience/pallet jack preferred
- Ability to work in the US
- General maintenance and tool knowledge required
- Proficient math skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities.
- Strong communication skills.
