Job Description
Aspera Group is seeking a Operations Technical Specialist to support workflows between underwriting and other business units. This role focuses on transforming underwriting documentation into standardized forms for insureds, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. Requirements
- Manage workflow of assigned underwriting business units.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide support to underwriters and brokers.
- Draft and issue policy documents.
- Ensure accurate processing and adhere to Service Level Agreements.
