Senior Electrical Designer (Automation)

The Senior Electrical Designer (Automation) will design complete controls solutions and electrical design packages based on customer specifications and standardized design practices. They will work with mechanical designers to design a control system that will enable the machine to perform its intended function safely and reliably.

Requirements

• A post-secondary technology diploma or engineering degree or equivalent, specializing in electronics, electrical or controls technology.
• Five years experience in electrical control systems design, preferably in the industrial automation field.
• Working knowledge of ePlan and AutoCAD and the ability to keep abreast of leading-edge technology is essential.
