5-7 years of revenue cycle leadership experience, experience managing billing and collections for complex specialties, and strong working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, modifiers, and payer reimbursement methodologies

Must maintain patient confidentiality, demonstrate excellent customer service, and work as part of a team

Previous experience in patient collections, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail are required

High school diploma or equivalent, 6-12 months experience in current position, and previous experience in medical scheduling or healthcare administration preferred

High school diploma, 3+ years of medical billing experience, and strong coding knowledge required

High School Diploma required. 1-3 years insurance reimbursement experience, including experience navigating insurance. Strong communication & customer service skills

PA program completion & NCCPA certification. Must be legally licensed in GA. BLS, ACLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required

Associate Degree in Nursing required. 2+ years experience and RN licensure are a must. Excellent skills in physical assessment and time management/communication needed

1-2 years' Prior Authorization experience needed. Medical knowledge is vital. Attention to detail and teamwork are also key. A solid understanding of medical terminology is required

Current NP or PA certification, experience in oncology, and strong clinical assessment skills
