Job Description
Axogen is seeking a Field Market Development Manager for their OMF/H&N business in the Southwest. This role involves building relationships with key opinion leaders, defining value propositions, training sales teams, and driving brand awareness through marketing initiatives. The MDM will also work with sales teams and stakeholders to establish best practice sales processes and ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with KOLs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure market development insights are incorporated into portfolio and product launch plans.
- Travel up to 70% - overnight travel expected.
- Proficient in reimbursement, coding and provider economics.
