Job Description
The Registered Nurse manages individualized, goal-directed care within designated surgical services, contributing to quality patient care and providing assistance to surgical team members. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and maintaining accurate documentation, all while promoting teamwork and equipment management. The Registered Nurse may also act as a charge nurse during emergencies.
