Job Description
Birmingham City Council is seeking a Lateral Move for its Income Manager role within the Rent Service, responsible for the collection of housing rents and debt recovery. This is a permanent, 36.5 hour a week position requiring close collaboration with other departments and internal systems like the Northgate NEC system. The role involves managing payments, reconciliation, and ensuring timely resolution of accounts.
Requirements
- S188 (Priority Movers and Lateral Movers) employee status
- UK knowledge of the Housing Northgate NEC system
- Experience working in a busy office environment with high volume tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
