Service Technician G&T

The Service Technician is responsible for the self-directed effective repair of equipment at high levels of quality while exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble and service equipment according to technical manuals in a timely manner
• Document machine information and repairs completed on work orders including parts and fluids
• Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment
• Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment serviced by the dealership
• Safely operate all machines marketed by the dealership
• Assist other service technicians as required by the Service Manager
• Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, management, and vendors
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and adhere to all policies and procedures
• Participate in all company driven communication efforts
• Proactively seek and participate in available company sponsored training
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance according to department and company policies
