Maintenance Supervisor
5+ yrs in maintenance exp. Pool operators/EPA cert. & boiler license preferred. Requires a supervisor's training. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential
Maintenance Technician
HS diploma/GED req. 1+ yrs as a maintenance technician. Valid driver’s license & insurance required
Entry Level Maintenance Technician
0-2 yrs maintenance experience preferred. Fluent in English, must have a valid driver’s license & be comfortable working in physical demanding environment

High school diploma or GED, 1+ years' experience as a Maintenance Technician, AA degree or certification in mechanical, HVAC, electrical or industrial maintenance (preferred)
Property Manager
HS diploma/GED required, property mgmt experience preferred (Associates deg'ried preferred). 2-4 years exp. in property management & 1-2 in supervisory role, preferably affordable housing
Leasing Consultant - 30 Hours
High school diploma or GED, 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience, previous leasing experience preferred
