Job Description
A Site Manager is responsible for supervising and leading a site team, monitoring financials, and acting as a liaison between the Project Manager, client, and field. They must have excellent communication skills and a progressive view on safety practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of self-perform Site Management experience over multiple trades
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse group of team members and in front of large groups
- Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation
- Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)
