3 years of shop experience, overhead crane operation, and ability to lift 60 pounds

3+ years of welding or metal fabrication experience, MIG welding proficiency, ability to read blueprints and work to specifications

Previous mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience, ability to learn a new trade, and a customer-focused mindset

High school diploma or GED, 0-2 years of experience, CDL Class B (preferred)

Complete onboarding program, maintain a clean and professional attitude, and obtain a CDL B

Previous mechanical and/or electrical maintenance technician experience and a high school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license (CDL). Must be able to lift 50lbs and operate tools safely. Basic understanding of electronics/mechanics is helpful

3+ years of industrial or commercial painting experience preferred. Must be agile and able to move up and down heavy equipment. Eye for detail and paint application skills

1-2 years welding experience is preferred, with MIG welding experience preferred. Must pass AWS and QC standards. Blueprint reading knowledge is helpful

High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and experience in logistics or supply chain management
