Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design and UX/UI
• Previous work experience in an early-stage venture-backed company
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving capabilities
• Expertise in Figma
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with a bias for action
• Ability to balance speed and quality—knowing when to perfect and when to ship
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
• A proactive approach to work and the ability to lead problem-finding and problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for education and improving teaching and learning experiences
