We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join a dynamic team. This opportunity will allow you to play a key role in planning, coordinating, and managing construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of our construction mandates.

Requirements

• Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling construction sites to achieve project objectives
• Conducting detailed analyses, including construction work evaluations based on specific project requirements
• Designing comprehensive bids by clearly defining necessary resources, deliverables, and timelines
• Actively searching for potential external suppliers and managing the project estimation and submission process
• Evaluating submitted proposals by negotiating costs to ensure optimal profitability
• Strictly managing the allocated project budget by ensuring accurate cost tracking and providing detailed financial reports
• Closely supervising on-site work execution to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Preparing bid submissions and tracking their progress
• Ensuring municipal permits necessary for the work are compliant
• Facilitating effective communication between different departments and subcontractor teams
• Contributing to the development of policies and procedures in your area of expertise
• Selecting suitable suppliers and communicating procedures to be followed
