Job Description
This Regional FP&A Commercial Manager role is focused on leading commercial financial planning and analysis across the EMEA region. The position involves providing actionable insights into sales performance, driving forecasting accuracy, and supporting decision-making. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, cost tracking, process optimization, and commercial business partnering.
Requirements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements and working capital summaries.
- Lead and coordinate budgets and quarterly forecasts for revenues and margins.
- Track actuals against budgets and forecasts, analyze costs variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify and implement initiatives to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Act as a finance partner to sales and marketing teams.
