Right of Way Agent

Join Canacre's team as a Right of Way Agent to work on leading edge infrastructure projects, acquiring and enforcing real property rights for electric, gas, and communication infrastructure. Assist in preparing and securing permits, research and negotiate leases, licenses, and permits, and coordinate payments to landowners.

Requirements

• Secondary degree or accreditation in a related field
• 2-3 years of experience negotiating property rights documents
• Clear, concise written and oral communications
• Strong organizational skills and computer literacy
• Ability to plot metes and bounds descriptions of property and read a variety of maps
• Ability to research, develop, and determine valuation of local real estate, crops, timber, etc.
