Job Description
Join the Multi-Unit Operations team as a Senior Specialist, Multi-Unit Underwriter. Focus on day-to-day underwriting of complex multi-unit mortgage loan insurance applications, lead risk management analysis, and make decisions for approval. Provide expert opinion, offer advice, and navigate through challenging issues.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (business, finance, or commerce)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in multi-unit underwriting
- Strong knowledge of procedures, policies, and regulations of risk management
- Strong knowledge of multi-unit mortgage loan insurance, lending, real estate, financial markets, and credit risk analysis
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
