We're hiring a Structured Product Legal Documentation Specialist to join our high-performing Structured Products team in Hong Kong. You'll play a key role in supporting issuance automation, template creation, and transaction-level drafting across a broad range of structured product documentation.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain legal document templates for automation
• Review and validate template accuracy
• Draft and review documentation for non-standard or non-automated structured product transactions
• Manage a pipeline of structured product documentation
• Collaborate with internal and client Legal teams
• Lead and support testing of automation templates
• Drive process improvement
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client-side stakeholders
