The position involves preparing high-quality Asian dishes, training kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards. It requires collaboration with both the front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Lead kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes from Pan- East-to South-East Asian cuisines.
• Assist with menu development, recipe creation, and production guide.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Oversee food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen sanitation.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
