CNA – Evening PT | Wk1: Mon/Sat, Wk2: Sun/Fri | 2–10 PM|$22.75–$25.56
High school diploma or equivalent, 3–6 months experience in a long-term care, excellent customer service skills
Health & Wellness Director | LPN
LPN licensure, leadership experience, and 1 year of assisted living experience
CNA |PT 8-Hour Shifts per Week (Wk 1 M, Tu, Th, Sat Wk 2 Tue, Thu, Sat Rotation) 6am-2:30pm
High school diploma, Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License, and 3-6 months experience in a long-term care
Part-Time LPN (4:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Open Availability)
Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license and 1-year experience in a long-term care facility
