Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to develop and iterate on our consumer-facing financial products and core fintech architecture. This role is pivotal in growing our secure and compliant lending systems that align with our focus on earned wage access and making America's workforce financially free.
Requirements
- Define and execute the product roadmap for a consumer-facing fintech product team
- Work closely with data, design, and support teams to ensure clarity of consumer understanding, education, and satisfaction
- Analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for innovation or new business lines
