We're hiring a University Sales/Business Development lead to grow our higher education partnerships and revenue. The role involves building pipeline with universities, running a consultative sales process, and closing institution-wide programs aligned to student success and employability outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience selling into Higher Education (EdTech/SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups and procurement cycles
- Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence
- Comfortable translating outcomes into metrics (adoption, completion, readiness, placement signals, employer engagement)
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
