Job Description
Community Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for their NICU team in Fresno, CA. The NICU team provides 24-hour care for critically ill and premature infants in a leading healthcare organization recognized for excellence. The role involves coordinating patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
- BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
- NRP – National Resuscitation Program required
- NICRNC – Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse required
