Maintenance Technician
High school diploma or GED & 2+ years experience as an MTE. Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry & painting, & operate power tools safely. Must have valid driver's license and basic computer skills
Compliance Specialist
2+ years of experience in Multifamily housing programs, knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Law, HUD, and WSHFC Tax Credit regulations
Maintenance Manager
5+ years of experience in maintenance, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and high school diploma or GED
