Bilingual Guidance Consultant (Clinical EAP Intake and Triage)

As a Bilingual Guidance Consultant, you will provide support to diverse global clients on behavioral, emotional health, family, and wellness related issues, conducting clinical intakes, and referring clients to appropriate resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Clinical assessment experience in the following areas: mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization
• Bilingual Spanish required
