Job Description
Computershare is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Ownership Intelligence division. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding client needs, contributing to sales revenue through upselling services, and conducting in-depth analysis of the company's shareholder structure. The position offers flexibility in work location and relies on proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- University graduate with background in shareholder services, ownership intelligence, or investor relations.
- Expertise in analyzing client relationships and maintaining good relationships with brokers, custodians, and the broader community.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze situations, demonstrate mental agility, and manage workload demands.
- Proven ability to lead and support junior team members.
