Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in in-room dining, restaurant, or hotel food and beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling phone orders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Fluency in Greek and English is required.
