Job Description
The Anesthesia Services Director directly collaborates with multiple hospital leaders to oversee the delivery of anesthesia services and patient care, and is responsible for facilitating teamwork and unit pride, as well as employee, physician, and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Anesthesia
- Doctoral degree preferred
- Progressive management experience
- Minimum of 5 years clinical anesthesia experience
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Good personnel management, presentation, and organizational skills
- 2 years leadership experience preferred
