Job Description
This Cluster Head role is responsible for overseeing branch-level surveillance, governance, and customer grievance redressal within a defined geographic area. The position focuses on regulatory compliance, customer-centricity, and driving service excellence across the retail branch network. The head acts as a liaison between branches, central teams, and stakeholders to resolve customer issues and uphold the bank’s service standards.
