Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent required. CNA certification and CPR certificate preferred. 6 months experience in long-term care is preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Graduate of accredited LPN school, valid LPN license, and CPR certification. 6+ months experience in long-term care is preferred. High school degree is required
Registered Nurse
RN degree or BSN preferred. Current RN license and CPR certification required. 6 months experience in long-term care is preferred
Physical Therapist
Must have a current Physical Therapy license in Oregon. Experience in long-term care preferred. Strong communication & teamwork skills needed
Speech Language Pathologist
Bachelor's in SLP with Oregon state license. CPR/state background check is required. 6 months experience preferred in long-term care
Physical Therapist Assistant
Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program, current state licensure, and valid CPR certification. Six months of experience in long-term care preferred
Occupational Therapist - Curry Village Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, active Oregon OT license, CPR certification, and SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
Hospitality Aide
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, 6 months experience in a long-term care environment, ability to communicate effectively with residents and family members
