Job Description
Delegat is seeking an experienced Cellar Supervisor to lead and oversee daily cellar activities at their Marlborough winery in New Zealand. The role involves leading a team, managing winemaking operations, ensuring compliance, and driving team performance. The successful candidate will contribute to the winery's high-quality wine production.
Requirements
- 5 years or more production experience in a medium to large winery
- Demonstrated technical competence in operating cellar and laboratory machinery
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Familiarity with winery management systems (e.g., Vintrace)
- Clear and confident communication skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude and strong collaborative approach
