Manager Engineering Operations

The Manager Engineering Operations leads data center engineering operations at one or more facilities, overseeing facility and data center engineers. Responsibilities include SOP implementation, maintenance, emergency response, and customer SLA management. This role requires hands-on experience with data center systems and a strong understanding of infrastructure redundancy and CMMS. The position emphasizes operational strategies and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related facility management experience in data center operations (electrical or mechanical engineering preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in data center infrastructure systems (UPS, HVAC, fire suppression).
• Strong understanding of CIP and CMMS principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
