Job Description
This Shift Manager position is responsible for managing operations in a 3x8 rotation, encompassing daily team supervision, incident response, infrastructure monitoring, and ensuring security within a rapidly growing Datacenter. The role requires a strong focus on team spirit, rigorous work methods, and meticulous attention to detail. The team is a key component of Digital Realty's infrastructure-as-a-service solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in team management in a 3x8 rotation.
- Expertise in electricity (HT/BT), climate control, ventilation and fire safety.
- Significant experience in operations management in a critical environment.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, GMAO)
- Good English level (B2 minimum)
