Job Description
This role within the Labor & Employment Legal Team at a multinational company focuses on providing legal advice and counseling to employees in EMEA and APAC regions. Responsibilities include drafting employment agreements, advising on HR policies, providing legal support for M&A, and assisting with dispute resolution. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented lawyer with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in one or more EMEA jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification litigation and employment counseling experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work with sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work in office as required
- Self-motivation and independent work ethic
