Job Description
Dotdigital is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help clients get the most out of the Dotdigital platform. The role involves gathering requirements, designing and delivering scalable solutions, and providing technical guidance and support through the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Graduate to 1 year's experience implementing a SaaS software solution
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
- Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Experience in testing & triggering Restful APIs
- Understanding of web frameworks and experience with web development languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Basic understanding of eCommerce & CRM Solutions (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics etc)
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman
