Director - Individual Medicare Sales

This Director position focuses on individual Medicare sales, managing both growth and retention across various Medicare plans, including Blue PPO, BCN Advantage HMO, and BCN Advantage HMO-POS. The role involves leading sales distribution, strategic vision, partner relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. It requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve enterprise goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (Master's Degree preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in sales or marketing functions
• Experience managing both direct and field distribution models
• Valid Michigan Accident and Health Insurance License
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in marketing or communications
• Experience as a thought leader
