Job Description
The Underwriting Support Specialist I assists with the review and entry of new business submissions, including data entry, classification, and insurance system management. This role focuses on ensuring timely renewal preparation and issuance of policies and endorsements through loss control analysis and processing. The position also contributes to new business documentation and supports the underwriting support team.
Requirements
- Retrieves incoming submissions from UH Submissions email.
- Checks reservation system for submission receipt.
- Performs account information entry, classification, and payroll/experience adjustment.
- Analyzes loss control maps and updates assessment data.
