Job Description
Acadia Broadcasting is seeking a Multimedia News Reporter to join their news team in Moncton, NB. The role involves generating news stories daily, managing newscasts, and covering events. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with various schedules including weekdays, weekends, and rotating shifts.
Requirements
- Journalism or Digital Media diploma, or equivalent experience
- Curiosity and critical thinking skills
- Basics of interviewing, writing, and editing
- Ability to develop relationships with newsmakers
- Self-starter with flexibility and adaptability
- Knowledge of industry software (Burli)
- Valid driver’s license
