Job Description
Strescon Limited, a large precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to provide leadership and guidance to management and employees on workplace safety. The role involves educating the workforce, conducting hazard assessments, investigating incidents, and maintaining a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will be able to brief supervisors on risks and ensure a reduction in workplace accidents.
Requirements
- Conduct new employee safety orientations and arranging additional training.
- Assist supervision with Hazard Assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Conduct Health & Safety audits to assess the effectiveness of the Company Safety Program.
- Investigating and timely reporting of all incidents/accidents.
- Organize and facilitate regular toolbox talks.
