Job Description
The Associate Director for Children's Services will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive health services tailored to children and their families within the Health Home framework. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about improving health outcomes for children, promoting family engagement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, coordinated care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, Public Health, Psychology, or related field
- Current New York State licensure (LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in children's services, healthcare, or social services
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the Health Home model, child development, and best practices in pediatric healthcare
