Essie Justice Group is the nation’s leading organization dedicated to supporting women who have incarcerated family members. The group builds a robust network that equips these women with a Healing to Advocacy curriculum designed by and for them, fostering peer support and empowerment. Its core focus spans criminal justice reform, gender and race justice, community organizing, and Black feminist leadership.
