Requirements
- Confirm resident’s move-out date and forwarding address
- Collaborate with Asset Management on pending and completed move-outs
- Accurately complete SODAs with charges, detailed descriptions, and photos
- Complete ledger charges in CRM
- Coordinate with Accounting on applicable checks / mailings
- Receive and resolve move-out disputes
- Responsible for surety bond claims and approvals
- Maintains up to date knowledge of Company policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service and competency level in all prospect and resident interactions, whether over the phone or email, or through formal written communication
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Other activities as assigned by the manager
