2+ years of experience in executive assistance or payroll administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication skills

3+ years of experience in property management, active leasing license, and strong communication skills required

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, experience with payroll or employee administrative functions, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

3+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager, proficiency with Yardi software, and an active Illinois Leasing Agent License

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. 5+ years of multi-family property management experience. 3+ years supervisory experience. Experience in multiple states is a plus

HS diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year Residential Maintenance experience preferred. Must possess strong customer service & communication skills

3+ years maintenance experience preferred. High school degree/equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required

High school diploma required. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of leasing laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

High school diploma or equivalent required, 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or similar role, proficiency with Yardi property management software, and an active Illinois Leasing Agent, Broker, or Managing Broker License
