Job Description
FleetPartners is seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Consultant to provide excellent service and expert guidance to potential Novated Lease customers. This role focuses on qualifying prospects, assisting with sales conversions, and identifying service opportunities within the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be part of a high-performing team and committed to achieving departmental goals.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service position (preferably inbound service centre)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Novated Leasing experience (desirable)
- Data entry for Novated Lease driver enquiries
